Genoa Soccer Club - Genoa Rec Soccer

Genoa Rec Soccer has served the Genoa community for many years. Over the past decade — it has provided every child as early as ages 3 through 14 a place to learn the game, build confidence, make friends, and enjoy themselves.

No tryouts. Every child plays. Run entirely by volunteers who care about this community.

Divisions

U4 (includes U3) and U6 — In-house, Genoa only. Skill development and fun.

U8 through U14 — East Suburban Soccer League (ESSL). Competitive game schedules.

Divisions follow a two-year cycle in the ESSL — players stay in their division for up to two years before moving up. This keeps teams balanced across the league and gives players more time to develop with the same teammates and coach.

Two Seasons per Year

Spring season: mid-March through May

Fall season: mid-August through October
